Marty is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters in Administration/Supervision. He resides in Union City, Tennessee with his wife. They have been married since 1966 and have three children, and six grandchildren. Marty has worked in the industry since 1998. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, gardening, and cheering the University of Tennessee football and the St. Louis Cardinals baseball. Marty also is a para-professional basketball coach at Union City High School.
